Who doesn't need a therapist?
I am committed to working with people who have found themselves in need of some healing and help forward. My approach to treatment is direct, utilizes humor, and is grounded in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I specialize in addressing adjustment struggles, anxiety, grief, depression, trauma, and stress.
I am very passionate about working with first responders and front line workers. Working in the emergency department over the last 6 years I have seen the increased suffering and burden and I have the ability to help.
